  1. Your purchase of TRELOTTERY entries is from Treloar Trust ("The Promoter"), solely in accordance with the terms under which the Charity from time to time promotes its lotteries.
  2. All proceeds from TRELOTTERY go to Treloar Trust, Registered charity number 1092857.
    A company limited by guarantee and registered in England, number 04466362.
  3. You represent and agree that:
    • You are 18 years of age or over
    • You are a resident of Great Britain
    • You will not buy or purport to buy an entry to this lottery on behalf of anybody under the age of 18.
    • You will provide accurate information, including your name, date of birth, personal address and telephone number and accept that it is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes as soon as they arise.
  4. You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to substantiate to the promoting Charity your representations under paragraphs 3 a), b) and c) above.
  5. You accept that TRELOTTERY is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission and that in certain circumstances we may be unable to provide refunds or replacements once you have purchased your lottery entries.
  6. TRELOTTERY prizes are printed on the tickets and in the leaflets provided and are advertised on the Treloar Trust website www.treloar.org.uk. There are no alternatives to any prize and no interest is payable. Prizes will be paid by cheque and posted to the winners within 14 days. Entrants will be notified as to any change in prize structure.
  7. Any cheques remaining uncashed for over 6 months will be cancelled and the unclaimed prizes will be treated as a donation.
  8. The cost of each entry is £1 per play. Members may purchase more than one entry and payment must be made in advance by one of the methods permitted.
  9. The Promoter may (without giving any reason or notice at its absolute discretion) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription, or terminate or suspend the lottery scheme.
  10. The Promoter will conduct the draw every Friday, utilising a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and approved by an independent, Gambling Commission approved, third party test house.
  11. The winning numbers will be published on the Treloar Trust website and will be available via the Lottery helpline on 01524 752880, from the following working day (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm).
  12. No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post.
  13. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in bank payments.
  14. The Promoter operates a Complaints and Disputes Procedure which is available via the Treloar Trust website and which will also be made available to customers upon request.
  15. Treloar Trust is committed to ensure that information about how to gamble responsibly and how to access information and help in respect of problem gambling is readily available to all.   16. Any cancellation of an existing subscription will not affect your prior purchase of Lottery entries nor your rights as a holder of such entries, providing that you have complied with the foregoing obligations.
  17. After your final entries into the TRELOTTERY, any sums under £1 remaining in your TRELOTTERY account shall be treated as a donation 6 months after your final entry, if a refund has not been requested.
  18. The Promoter's decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.

Treloar’s TRELOTTERY Anniversary draw

The following terms and conditions apply to the Treloar’s TRELOTTERY Anniversary Draw:

  1. 1. The TRELOTTERY Anniversary Draw is promoted by Treloar Trust (charity number 1092857, company number 04466362) (the “Promoter”).
  2. 2. Entrants in the Anniversary Draw must be 18 years and over and must reside in the UK.
  3. 3. Anyone who signed up to join the Treloar’s TRELOTTERY between 1/6/23 and 31/12/23, and has made a valid payment for their Weekly Lottery number(s), will be automatically entered into the Anniversary Draw on 26/4/24.
  4. 4. Only one entry per person will be made and no other entry routes are accepted.
  5. 5. The Anniversary Draw will be made utilising a random number generator that has been tested and approved by an independent third-party test house.
  6. 6. This will be a one-off Draw and Cash Gifts of £5 will be awarded to 90% of all entrants.
  7. 7. There are no alternatives to Gifts and no interest is payable.
  8. 8. All Cash Gifts of £5 will be paid by cheque and will be posted directly to the Gift recipients by Royal Mail 2nd class post within 7 days of the draw taking place.
  9. 9. No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication.
  10. 10. Further Anniversary Draw details, including the gift recipient details, can be obtained by telephoning the TRELOTTERY helpline on 01524 752 880 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).
  11. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to use gift recipient names for promotional purposes. These will only be utilised in summary, e.g. Mr Campion from Hampshire.
  12. 12. The Promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application or terminate or suspend the scheme.
  13. 13. The Promoter’s decisions made pursuant to these terms and conditions shall, once made, be final and binding.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Treloar’s TRELOTTERY Welcome Draw:

  3. 3. Anyone who signs up to join the Treloar’s TRELOTTERY between 1/1/24 and 31/5/24, and has made a valid payment for their Weekly Lottery number(s), will be automatically entered into the Welcome Draw on 7/6/24.
  4. 4. Only one entry per person will be made and no other entry routes are accepted.
  5. 5. The Welcome Draw will be made utilising a random number generator that has been tested and approved by an independent third-party test house.

In 2023, £171,148.00 was raised from ticket sales in our Weekly Lottery and our Super Draw, with 22.14% being spent on Prizes, 39.73% spent on Expenses and 38.13% going towards providing education, care, therapy, medical support and independence training to young people with physical disabilities from all over the UK, at both Treloar School and Treloar College. This translated to a fantastic ££65,253.62! (Based on the Lottery Submissions made by Treloar’s to the Gambling Commission during the 2023 calendar year).

The Weekly Lottery and our Quarterly Super Draws are promoted by Treloar Trust, Holybourne, Alton, GU34 4GL. Registered Charity No. 1092857. Responsible Person: Simon Birch.

In 2023, the likelihood of winning a prize was, on average, 1 in 270 in our regular Weekly Lotteries and 1 in 493 in our Super Draw. Players in our weekly lotteries and Super Draw are automatically entered into a weekly Rollover draw in which they could win up to £5,000, since our Rollover prize increases by £100 each week it isn’t won (when in 2023, the likelihood of winning was, on average, 1 in 165,852) and if it reaches £5,000, then one lucky player will be guaranteed to win that week (when the likelihood of winning reverts to the above Weekly Lottery and Super Draw averages).
